A Vegas suggestion would be to buy some weed edibles, there's a spot at the Planet Hollywood entry. Then go to the Neon Museum north of Freemont. That part of town could be slightly sketchy so take a cab/uber.

If edibles aren't your thing, you should get yourself something nice at Spinettis.
