CPC designer inlay issues? (1 Viewer)

Anyone else having any trouble with CPCs custom designer not loading in new images for inlays at the moment? I've tried the phone, tablet and laptop to no avail

They don't I was having the issue even using my files I've used it before

No tried that, it gave me the warning when I oversized

Try re-saving it as a .jpeg file versus .jpg. That worked for me the other day.

Does it matter if the file is created as RGB or CMYK?? Maybe try changing the color setting?

I always use CYMK, it's been fine now
