I do think it’s controversial that people keep their card protectors in plastic. Why on earth would you deprive yourself the opportunity to handle such a beauty? You think you might lose 10% off the resale value?

I agree 100%. For transport I use a protector but when playing, no way!

Solvers are study tools, and off-table use is a good way to improve your skills.

But they should never, ever be allowed at the table.

We play ‚Jass’ with bridge size cards, and poker size cards for poker.
Hard to get likes for the bridge size while poker.

And,
not a lot poker players are really interested in (nice) chips!

I just got my first bridge sized setups and honestly they're not bad. I think I'm in the "index more important than width" category.
