indeed! just colored up at the BJ table, never played poker there. Are those blue chips $2?
Yeah, but they are dealer markers. I've never seen them in a player stack.

what are dealer markers?
I watched them use them for the rake and they would rack the $1 chips. I also saw them rack $1 chips and drop the 2 in the tip box. So they use them to have less chips in transport and keep the $1 chip on the table.

No, I've only played in the poker room there a couple weeks ago for the first time. Rumor is they are closing the poker room at the end of March too.

Well I wouldn't say I was a reg or anything. Most of my play was the mid/late 00s. Back when that room was packed during the poker boom.
