I don't know; are we talking about shipping?; I thought sharing costs applied to the custom design/labels, mine are semi-custom (denomination wise) but otherwise pre-designed.

I'm new here (can't even send PMs yet ) and haven't done a group buy before, so please forgive my ignorance. I started down the rabbit hole the same way I'm sure most people here did, and this forum has been extremely educating for me.
I am wanting to do do a custom set of chips, using the color schemes of different sports teams I'm a fan of as inspiration. Is there a designer anyone would recommend? I run a mid-size marketing agency, with a team of graphic designers on staff, but I'm guessing it's easier to use someone who has already designed poker chips before? Also, is the Greek mold the only mold that has a sticker in the middle? Or is that available on the cards mold as well?
Last question (for now anyways ), I want to build my set for cash games with 8-ish people, with buy-ins being $100 or less (most often ~$20-$50), but also be capable for using them for small tournaments. Any recommendations for denominations, and volume of each denomination?

When picking the color for the bounty chip, I wanted it to stand out. Also I think it kinda looks like a radiation sign?
