These have labels of your designs affixed during manufacturing. These chips will require a label printing fee of approx. $80 per order. This will be determined prior to invoice. Factors include the number of denominations in your set as well as the total number of different custom sets per order. I will need one .ai for the chip and one for the label. Both sides of chips will require the same label. If multiple people use the same art then the label fee will be split accordingly

Hello!

First time group buy/custom chip purchaser here! Couple questions and if there are posts with more information out there would love if someone could point me in that direction!

I tried to look around a little before this post and have gathered these are the china clays from Tina? Any information on the material (if not China Clay), weight? Any videos of shuffling? I’m currently using 14g clays for reference.

Pretty sure at this point I’d be ordering card molds but looking for more photos/ info of Textured No Mold.

What customization options for the chips themselves are available for the Card Mold and Textured-No Mold. I see some info about the labels so would chips and labels be ordered separately? In that case would I need to put the labels on myself? More info about design process for both chips and labels appreciated!

@cruzer there is links at the end of the pictures for additional designs. If you want additional customization you’ll have to hire a designer.
I believe the weight on these is 10g.
The hybrids will be the ones with labels.
A label fee is indicated in the post details for the print and application of the label.
Otherwise you can buy blanks (see post) and order labels from some like gear (see post).

I am interested in getting a 500 piece set if the colors match closely, possibly with the bear sticker on it too if anyone knows if artwork is available. @justincarothers lmk if you've had samples made yet, and whether this is kosher or if I'm on my own with the sticker.

The best thing for you is to get samples. Send me a pm and I can get you some of each so you can see and feel the difference. These are fully customizable. The cards mold and textured no mold are fully printed, no labels. The Greek chips are hybrid and have a label

These chips are considered ceramic chips. The actual material is molded plastic and starts out white and the design is transfer dyed onto the plastic chip. In my opinion they are the best chip at this price point. If you want an idea of the actual chips Justin occasionally has samples. Another option to get some samples quickly is apachepokerchips.com. It is highly advisable to get samples before you move on to the design process. If you are currently using something that is 14g though I am pretty sure these will be a huge upgrade. There are plenty of great pre designed sets. That is also a great option before jumping straight away into a fully custom set. Also, colors can be slightly different between production runs so I would advise to order more than enough with your initial order so colors match up nicely.

Another thing about shorting quantities on the initial order is this buy closes Feb 12th. People will probably start receiving their orders for this buy in late April. So if you get your order in April and say I need x more of this chip and y more of this chip you most likely won’t be seeing those chips until August or September depending on which buy you get in on for your add on. Having way too many chips is never a problem. Too little chips is a catastrophe though. lol If you don’t catch the chipping bug you can always sell your surplus chips on the classifieds. An advanced warning though this site is highly addictive. haha

The industry standard software for design is Adobe Illustrator, the free alternative is Inkscape, the middle-ground is Affinity Designer.
