After seeing pictures of the new CPS chips that will be showing up soon, I've been wondering why China clays all have beveled edges? In some of the pictures I've seen of the CPS chips, it seems like some of the edges are sharp and some are beveled? Can China clays be produced with sharp edges through lathing? That's always been one of my biggest turn-offs to China clays is the lack of sharp edges.

They can, at an added expense. At one point, PGI even considered lathing the CPS chips (and may do so on a case-by-case basis if you ask nicely). But starting at 40mm, they will probably end up being a smaller diameter than 'standard' chips after machining.
