As a fancy gentleman, I desire to pair two of my great loves - custom poker chips, and a range of medium-firm and hard cheeses.

I present - Cheesenight.

The frac is reminiscent of an unwrapped american cheese single.

The one is riddled with the umami fungal veins of a gorgonzola blue.

The five is a crisp british red leicester, a workhorse cheese.

The twenty five has the herbal notes of a marbled sage derby.

The one hundred is a strong black bomber cheddar.

I seek your feedback. Are these pairings accurate? Can they be better aligned with the personality of each cheese?

I love the subtle aroma of the unusual denominations.

"Hundo" perfectly matches the aggressive nature of a well-aged cheddar, while "$ 1/2" is perfect for the confused-but-melty character of a Kraft Single.
