I wasn't a fan of the first run of the poker-sized cards, specifically the font; the '5' was particularly hard to read. I know there have been revisions since that first run and I'm glad I ordered some of these new bridge cards.

These bridge cards have a great back color and design teal / purple, the card stock is in the goldilocks zone for me, I have a new felt and they spread so good, they also have a good snap. I like the font especially on the Q and the changes to the 5.

Cons for me are the pip box color ; the eggshell is better than most yellows, but I like a white box. OOC here I come

The card box they come in feels so premium. I really like it. Good color (teal), and it's got an old-school appeal with a satin-like finish.

It's hard to tell from pictures since different phones and cameras handle colors differently, but compared to the previous Pro series cards, these look like they're on a bit brighter white card stock and the red looks brighter than the security red on previous Pros. Is that accurate? Or is this basically the same card stock and printing as those?

As an aside, I really like the back design on these!

• Cardstock is the same white as the bridge red/black pro series, but is lighter than the textured stock on the blue/gold poker-sized pros.. think just a material difference there.
• Red fonts did come out slightly brighter/lighter as well, but assume just run-to-run variation for this batch.

I’m fortunate to live in the same town as @Cratty and he dropped of a couple setups of the pro series bridge cards. We used them for 8 hours last night and everyone loved them. I have played quite a bit with the blue/gold poker sized broken arrow cards and I really liked those, but these are even better. I think they are slightly less stiff and they shuffle great and are easy for my 58 year old eyes to read. I can’t imagine better cards for the price!
