Recieved a couple air-shipped sample decks. Very excited for these to come! Adding some photos to start this off.

I don't have the best sense of playing card quality, but really like the feel as always.

Would love to have others reviews as they are received and played. @cpac54 @Northern Paladin

Thanks @justincarothers !!

I didn’t get a chance with the meetup last week. Getting the new cards into play again tonight here - will try and do a short write up tomorrow sometime

I was pleasantly surprised with these. If they really are the same stock as the original ones, then looks really is a bigger deal to my overall experience than I thought.
They feel slightly different texture-wise and more flexible to me, can definitely tell which ones are the new vs older ones in a blind test. But maybe just run variation.

Interestingly though, exact same thickness (original on left below), I thought for sure the new ones were a bit thinner. I'm losing my marbles it seems. Ha

Also, made wife shuffle them a bit. Wife approved.

Midway through my second session with these and this is exactly my feedback. They feel more flexible than the OG version. Visually, I prefer the more modern design on the back of the OG cards, but the font/numbers on the Professional Series is 1000% better. Overall, I’m not a fan of the OG cards, but these new cards are quite decent, especially for the price. Will they become my favourite playing cards? No. That said, they’re certainly worth trying out if you’re on the fence.

Unfortunately, I don't have enough experience with them to have an objective opinion, but my first impressions are really good.

We used them in a single orbit the day I brought my buddy the 3 setups he had ordered. He didn't want to damage them right away in case they turned out to be his best cards. A bit like a player who has just won a big pot and prefers to stack his chips rather than play the following hands haha.
However, they will be the cards of next Friday's game. So I'll come back here in a week!

Ps: Great photos! Gonna also steal these haha.

Will definitely be grabbing some of these. Great work on the cards guys.

These look great. Love the classic look and the different take on the face cards (I believe these are same as old B.A. cards, cool that you kept them) Cool mix of classic and different. Thanks for the photos and great job again on these.

@Cratty if you are going to design another set. May I recommend Blackjack Index? Probably not a popular idea on a Poker forum but if you are looking for something different to try and make.

Yeah, challenge will always be Minimum Order Qty, which is I believe 2000 decks. Up to Justin ultimately where things go after the jumbo buys, but IMO I'd likely assume demand will go to a modern cardback design next with the same face/pip scheme.

I could be down with a font size between jumbo and standard index, but personally wouldn't get on board with a design that has that peeker offset.

Love the idea of the sizing between jumbo and regular. Not the offset from the top though.

Invoice paid :p The wait begins... does anyone know how long this might take

Ignore my clumsy hands and bad shuffling, but a video was requested so adding. Shuffling and spreading/collecting cards.

they sound great! look stronger than most plastic cards which I like. I'm going to need to buy a few decks. Any suggestions on where to get them?
