Would definitely love an in-between index size, split the difference between regular and jumbo (or 60/40 toward jumbo). Improved readability on the board compared to regular index but still easy to glimpse the values when peeking at hole cards compared to jumbo index, especially in games like Big O where there's 5 (or more) hole cards...

Soo... huge fan of the gold/blue. There's also a nice texture on the back of these vs the bridge size. Big fan!

I used my first BA set up recently, and will say these cards are awesome. All around great cards (feel, slide, flexibility and good clean visuals) that held up well during the course of the night. The dealer liked them as well (shuffled well, etc). I retire each set up after only one game so I can’t comment on long term wear but the price point is great compared to other brands. I am a fan!
Just curious why you retire them after only 1 use and where do you keep them after retiring?
I put these in play a month ago and have used them weekly since. They are terrific cards! We have used Copag for several years now and, while we like the quality of the cards, they always end up with thumbnail indentations in them very quickly, like after the first night or two of play. The Broken Arrow cards are a little stiffer than the Copags but they still shuffle well. I like the texture on the back of the cards but not on the face so they grip well for dealing but still slide well on the table. They also have nice bright colors on the faces. I haven't used them long enough to see if that wears but it has not so far. At half the cost of the Copags, they are an awesome value as well. I expect BA will be our supplier going forward for our annual card supply.

For next production round I would make the font a tad bit bolder, the suits below the font and on the court cards a little larger also.

I like most everything about these cards, but it's not going to sound like that after you read the next few lines, so, I apologize in advance. I've played, and dealt, with these almost exclusively over the last few weeks and I have one main complaint... the corners are rough and sharp. Can become slightly painful at worst, annoying mostly. The corner kind of digs into the thumb/palm area, and sometimes can be painful. I've used 2000 grit sandpaper to try and ease the edges.
I've alternated mostly with Modiano Platinum and Belgium Cartimundi in comparison and neither of those give the same issue. Their corners seem more radius. That's the bad part.
The good part is they shuffle and pitch as good, or better, than any card I have. They have a nice feel, are more flexible than the previous generation. I would prefer just a slightly more flexible card, but, that's just a personal preference.
Too early to tell about durability and colorfast quality, but, so far I've seen no quality issues. Fonts are great. I love the back art. I believe Justin is really onto something with this series. At the price point I think you can beat them. With minor tweaks I believe it could be a world class card that rivals the best of the best.

Tried the poker size Pro series cards last night, and they were a hit. I had a number of players ask about how to buy them, which isn't the case for many of the cards I put into rotation. The cards were a bit more flexible than I'm used to (I usually use Fournier), but they were easy to read, shuffle, and deal. If they hold up, I can see getting more, especially if additional colours for the poker sized cards become available.
My only complaint is that these cards are quite a bit slippery at first. Once they got dealt a few orbits they became less so, however.
The ink print quality seems much better on the Pro series than the initial couple runs of these. We used a setup at @Irish 's meetup this past weekend of the green/blue yellow boxed bridge size cards that were opened on Thursday. By midday Friday, the ink was really badly faded already on maybe 12 hours of play time.
The pro series ink seems much more durable for some reason. Almost 12 hours of play yesterday and little to no signs of fading.

I am going to get the new Desjgns when available from a store here, hopefully the same place as the older ones, as the recent kick-starter put the price a bit out of range for me when shipping was included.
However the same shipping applied to these Broken Arrows, doubling their price, but because their unit costs were lower to start with it worked out that each of the 3 setups came in at £14 - so on a par with the Modianos, and from my initial feels the same or even slightly better quality - and in a 2 pack box.
TLDR: Lovely cards and a realistic option for UKers even with shipping costs if buying multiple setups.

I would be very interested in 4c as well. I absolutely love the poker jumbo Broken Arrows, maaaybe my favorite cards out of the 15+ different cards I’ve tried. The only thing I don’t like about them is the dark security red ink.
4c or bright red ink would be phenomenal.

Are all the the different cards on the same card stock and do they all feel the same? eg the professional series vs. not professional series.

It's hard to tell from pictures since different phones and cameras handle colors differently, but compared to the previous Pro series cards, these look like they're on a bit brighter white card stock and the red looks brighter than the security red on previous Pros. Is that accurate? Or is this basically the same card stock and printing as those?
As an aside, I really like the back design on these!
