Just got some of mine today and they’re better than I thought really happy with them.
What color is this? I thought it would be more of a teal color but in person its more like a dark green.

Ugh. USPS is so far behind it's not even funny. Should have received my order Wed. Which was then re-scheduled to Thursday. I went down in person today, to see if I could just pick them up in person. Short answer was "no". My small town USPS has over 10k packages on their dock, still waiting to be scanned in before being routed onto the mail trucks for delivery. Trying to process 3k per day. Right now they're processing packages from around the 28th and hopefully starting on the 29th, so many days behind. I will not see my chips this weekend. Guessing not until probably Tuesday next week. Ugh.......
Should also point out that this affects every other package I've got that is coming USPS. I ordered some stuff from Costco, showed UPS. I was stoked! Showed delivered yesterday - but it's not! So I called. Guess what? "Yeah, for cost savings we partner with USPS and they do the final delivery leg"....
And I've called Costco, Amazon, and everyone else to see if I can specify a carrier. Guess what? Nope. They can't do that anymore. It's all "system controlled" and no guarantees. What the heck happened with being able to slap a UPS or FedEx label on a package, and having that carrier handle the shipment the entire way?
And with my outstanding Amazon packages? I don't even wanna start with those....

How did I miss seeing this yesterday??? That's strange about the primary $5s. Wonder how that could happen, and to just one single denomination.Just got my Trops and I love the feel and sound of them. Couldn’t decide which I liked more so went with a set of each for our T5 based tournaments.
The primary $5’s are a touch thicker than all the other chips. Just a FYI for anyone with OCD

So what do you think of the condition of the labels on the primary $5s? Just wondering if I'm going to want to replace some of them. Unfortunately, my tracking is almost as bad as @upNdown Doesn't even say where they are. Just "moving through the network."

Most of the primary $5 labels are in some kind of rougher shape, at least in my racks.
The thickness difference is so minute that it’s only noticeable in barrels. 10 chip stacks feels “dead even”

I’m on the e fence about those five hundos how do the look in person? I’ll never play them but they look nice lol.
Yeah, both of the $500s do look sweet in the pics, and I have a plan to make my primaries playable. I thought the primary $25s were butt ugly, so I'm going to relabel my $500s as $20s.

Is anyone having to clean their Tropicana chips once they arrive? If so, what is the best method for cleaning plastic chips?

Could it be that since the Trop primary $5 suffered more of the puckered laminate, that this is causing them to not stack as tightly, and standing taller than other stacks?

These are the first plastic chips I’ve owned, and they look and feel considerably better than I expected. I had some preconceived beliefs about plastic chips from my time here on PCF, but I think those beliefs need to be reconsidered and these will do nicely for their intended purpose.
I was pleasantly surprised with the chips in general, and the secondary $500s go well with the set.
