In my experience they “eyeball” colors no matter what you send. You can try this.

I was being lazy…I didn’t want to have to make a new “cent” symbol. So…Fine…I’ll do what I should have done in the first place.
I think that’s how it should be done. I’ve only had one set made and they just picked based off the AI that was sent. But there was no letter/number included. I would try using that going forward though. Someone else might be able to chime in, not sure if anyone else has tried that before
Nothing I've seen from cards mold comes close to Blaze orange. Not the color wheels or any finished chips that I have seen. Here's the orange color wheel with a blaze chip and several other cards mold chips with orange.
CMYK printing is just incapable of capturing the brightness and neon properties of that color. RGB screens are better, but still limited...that's why its so hard to capture an accurate photo.
