Any Examples of CPC A Mold 1-1/16”? (1 Viewer)

Considering this direction for a set but curious to see some examples. My memory/searching skills failed me and I couldn’t find any.

Any CPC A mold 1-1/16” examples? Any opinions from folks who have/had sets of these?

Hmmm. The edge of the inlay looks no closer to the “A”s in the mold then yours. 1/16” do be a pretty small difference tho….

Now I’m curious about getting CPC to do like 1-1/8”! I was kind of imagining the inlay creeping up onto the mold like oversized RHC/THC

So theres a few things going on here.
1) the inlay is 1 1/16. The inlay is pressed into the void ring.
2) the outer part of the inlay is color matched to each chip.

This does cause several issues for the production team though. @David Spragg informed me that in some cases, it causes a ton of defects and requires multiple hits to ensure the inlay is properly pressed. It can as I also experienced cause the inlays to pop up and create issues for chips in stacks. David had mentioned to me adding a charge for chips in the future that use this option because of the failure rate.

This option does look pretty slick on the A-mold, not gonna lie. Worrisome about the issues @Quicksilver-75 mentioned, though.
