I like the idea of having a 50€ chip, as you've already said here in Europe is more common to See this kind of chips that Americans don't use.
I can't say what you should choose because only you can do it, but If I were you I'd go on 2.5€ 5€ 20€ and 100€.

€50 chip is nice yes , I’m used to it. In the casino we play a lot with €50 chips

I've got a question. I was looking for abbiati quick delivery chips too, but now that I see yours they seems a little bit different from the brochure. For example the dark blue one has 8 spot, while in the brochure only four. Have you notice

Yes they do , I’ve had contact with abbiati this morning and they can supply me with those chips I’ve put up here , awesome news they’re nice colors , @p5woody huge thanks again for helping me on the design part

Why order these when you can wait a few months and get Abbiati chips from the next group buy? Or you can look for a crown plaza set on the classifieds.

Also, the $50 denom is useless, regardless of the fact that it’s more common in Europe, it’s still useless.

I'm a newbie, but how do we find out when the next group buy will take place and what they are likely to cost (or cost the last time PCF did a group buy)?
I saw Chris M.'s YouTube video on these crown chips and I look the look. I'd like to get either a single table tournament set or a single table (10 max.) cash game set. But I don't want to get bad pot odds vs. my retirement check.

They cost about $2.25/chip based on the previous buys, and I believe @Tommy has another one planned for next year which will have both the Crown Plaza and Park Place chips (most recent group buy). They do occasionally pop up in the classifieds too, once you're eligible to buy from those, and you may even get a lower price than if purchased directly from a group buy. To find out if one is going on, you can just check the Group Buys forum (https://www.pokerchipforum.com/forums/group-buys.26/) and there will be a thread up either gathering interest or taking orders if that has begun.
