I want to buy a set and use it as tournier and rarely as a cash set.
Do you have any better ideas for count breakdown? (no need of 25 stacks)

You need to give more information, I can figure you are playing T25 5K or 10K for tourney but what stake you playing for Cash, 25/50 stake? or when you mean Cash you meant SitnGo?

Using T5000 chips for re-buys is not a good idea -- there aren't enough lower denomination chips in play to make change when one is issued.

coluour up with purple, rebuy with yellows
144, 144, 72, 140,
or
150, 150, 80, 120 to look nicer in ya case.
If u can cope with less rebuys then more black less yellow
If ya wanna make cash play better go:
8, 13, 7
100, 200, 120, 80
Gives more black $1 and purp $5 for cash but only 16 rebuys
