Got'damn poll is at 50/50 - we gotta make a serious decision here!
You haven’t met my friendsI had a 5c/10c family game with oldies that played more like a limit game, but as the younger people in the family grew up and was of drinking age the game turned into more of a wild west multiple buy in type game. For example I remember my father-in-law losing 60 bucks one night. It's not that easy to lose $60 in a 5c/10c game!

I haven't answered the poll because it also depends on buy-in. I'd rather play a deep .05/.10 game than a shallow .10/.20 game.
From financial point of view, there is no diff.
With my set here or here , I mainly host NL10 (10c-10c) or NL20 (10c-20c).
Si between 2 games, I'll check other criteria :
1) Who is playing ? - at these stakes, I'm there to have a good moment
2) How deep is the buyin ? - whatever the stakes, I prefer having a buyin of 100BB max
Barrel of nickelsWhat does a $20 starting stack look like?
Barrel of nickels
Barrel of quarters
14x $1
No problem if you don’t have enough nickels. Just get them all out early. And most if not all of the quarters. Rebuy with a barrel of $1s or more if rebuys are more than $20.
This is more efficient, and probably better all around. I have this in other sets as well..10/.50./$1/$5/20 break-down.
Dammmmmmn! I remember seeing this before I made an account. Those are beautiful bank chips!
At these denoms, what breakdown would you suggest for 1,000 set breakdown?
