Hmmmm. Still sitting here. Hmmm hmmm hmmm.

Now I just bought a set with the following break down. Now I could try to expand this for an eventual 3 table set up which would be as big as I ever want to go. Even now it’s pretty limited for a 2 person set up.

120 x t25
120 x t100
60 x t500
120 x t1000
80 x t5000

Right now this works well for a 12/12/5/7/2 ten person 20k starting stack and I have exactly enough purples for an exact change bonus and 2k yellows for an on time bonus.

It gets a little iffy for a second table, even using the 8/8/6/6/2 which I would use for more than one table.

I could expand this to get a comfy two tables with the chip bonus. The chip bonus at 3 tables would add on a hefty extra 90 chips though.

I also have the 25t tigers from that sale as well already which would help.

What would this set look like if you were doing 3 tables?

I note you said you would consider splitting the set into two first before fully splitting it which is appealing.

So reselling chips is basically impossible for me as I'm in Bermuda and I would lose my life in shipping costs lol. Really my needed set is in the 1000 chip range plus the 20 murdered Tigers I have for 25Ks (But the actual ES 25ks are some shit... tempting lol)

I'm very attached to the idea of chip bonuses for being on time and with the right change, especially doing bounty tournaments. So the way I see it is with a 1000 chip set I could comfortably do 2 table tournaments using 12/12/5/6/2 which I do think makes sense from a change standpoint.

I could then look to do 3 table tournaments with a 8/8/4/7/2 setup and squeak by with the chip bonuses as well. It might get a little tight with the 1ks as I'll only have about 10 spares which is crazy but I should be able to cover that with 5ks if really needed. I'll also have the 25Ks to color up near the end.

And after all that I gotta retract my interest in the t5k. Got my colors mixed up bc my relabel set.

With the above split break down we have some left over and a deficit in the purples:

20x 25s
0x 100s
-40x 500s
0x 1000s
40x 5000s

Over all there would be 60 left unspoken for but I know there's interest in the unspoken chips (Barrel of 25s and two 25ks).

The big issue would be the -40 chip purple 500 shortfall with the above split. I'm pretty firm on the breakdown I'll need to complete my set and if I'm spending this much so I'm going to stay pretty firm. Totally understand if that takes me out of the running.

Anyway, that's the current breakdown and my thoughts.

For T10k starting stack either 12-12-5-6 or 8-8-4-7. For T20k starting stack: 12-12-5-6-2 or 8-8-4-7-2. Yeah would def be cutting it close with only 40 purples. Normally have a single table of no more than 8 players. Few rebuys/add ons. It may not be ideal but these chips are so darn nice! Haha
