Racks of Detroit quarters (Motor City, Greektown, Motor City) generally sell for 10x face value ($250/rack).

Detroit Jacks (which were never live, so couldn't be harvested) sell for $800+/rack.

Hardly any casinos are using $0.25 chips anymore. Stakes are too low to make any profit from raking. Most people end up making their own quarters from other chips.
