Been mostly in absentia here the past few weeks.

I log in tonight and see yet another "must be a secret GB going on" thread, read a few posts then skip to the last page assuming it's just more of the same.

Nope - PCFers talking about Hustler magazine and the disgusting things we did...er...I mean they did with it back in the day. Gross.

Glad to see you back! I was worried that you or @Anthony Martino might have been the Florida Man poker player that got shot and killed recently. Both have checked in so, all is ok here. :tup:

Uh, no.

VERY generally speaking (remember, I’m just a hack lawyer according to justsomedude), if GPI took in, say, $50,000, and made chips, then determined that the order was “fraudulently“ made, they would be able to keep the cost of goods sold (and possibly any related legal fees or other expenses) and only return the balance.
