Spent most of the money I had in my life in sports cars, tires and high-end brakes, suspensions and other parts. Then I joined this forum which is of no help, economy-wise.

Great thread! My life is a fairly open book... Other than poker, I like guns, knives, adventurous shit, biking, watches, and a host of other things. I’ve been into martial arts most of my life (TKD, BJJ, and a number of other lesser known arts). I like water sports (kayaking, SUP, etc..), and triathlon (which dominated my life for many years). I also love winter and summer endurance sports (XC skiing and adventure racing).

Amazing to see that Thomas is still around. I LIVED on that stuff in the early 90s.

Currently busy with one of my other hobbies. I have quite a few, but this one and music are the only two that are like therapy after a crazy week.

Food from all over the world. Eating it in foreign countries whenever vacations allow.
Movies. I love movies. A home without a theatre is just not a home, to me. I host movie nights sometimes, too.
Dungeons and Dragons, with associated modular gaming terrain (which has sucked way more money out of me than poker chips)
Tabletop games, tending toward the medium level strategy.
Wine. Current go-to's are: Cali Zin, Spanish Garnacha, Argentinian Malbec, French Cotes du Rhone, Tuscans, Oz Shiraz/blends.
Singing. Used to play piano when I was a kid, but not so good at it now. Can read music, at least.
Entertaining. I like to host (and help out) at big parties, especially if they involve charity fundraising.
Never lost my love for Lego, though the only sets I've kept are my Lord of the Rings and Hobbit sets. Last set I bought was the Aston Martin DB5 from Goldfinger.

I’ve always believed birds of a feather flock together. Absolutely amazing the similarities.

My major hobbies-
Huge history buff- mostly Civil War, especially in my younger years...probably 100 books on just that.
Love cooking and quality beer wine and spirits...love making BBQ and Pizza. Love going out to eat.
Big into the shooting sports. Took a break for kids but getting back into it.
Poker
Used to be really into movies and music and build a nice home theater area.
Was big into backpacking until I about 34. Stopped because of lack if free time
