2015 WSOP! (2 Viewers)

One day I'll be able to join. Must be a great experience

Well, today's the day.

Tourney starts at 16:00hrs (or 4PM).
The structure sheet can be found here.

I'll swing by Terrible's first to pick up Tommy's coffeemug.

Since there's no-one left for live railing, keep track of my progress (or lack thereof) in this thread, or check out how the "opponents" are doing on the live reporting page of www.wsop.com.

I'll do my best to give regular updates, but I'm not a typing wizard on my phone, and time is usually of the essence during a game. I don't want my hands to be declared dead because I'm still typing away.

These are the games we'll be able to choose from, and I'll be trying to get the players at the table to agree to a forfeit when a Holdem version is chosen (something like you have to moon Jack Effel):

NO-LIMIT HOLDEM
POT-LIMIT HOLDEM
LIMIT HOLDEM

POT-LIMIT OMAHA
LIMIT OMAHA HIGH
BIG O (I'm assuming Limit)

POT-LIMIT OMAHA HI-LOW SPLIT 8 OR BETTER
OMAHA HI-LOW SPLIT 8 OR BETTER

SEVEN CARD RAZZ
SEVEN CARD STUD
SEVEN CARD STUD HI-LOW SPLIT 8 OR BETTER
SEVEN CARD STUD HI-LOW REGULAR

NO-LIMIT FIVE CARD DRAW HIGH
2-7 DRAW LOWBALL (NO-LIMIT)
2-7 TRIPLE DRAW LOWBALL (LIMIT)
A-5 TRIPLE DRAW LOWBALL (LIMIT)

BADUGI (LIMIT)
BADUCY
BADACY

Still debating what I'll choose first :).

Let's go Marvelous!!!! Go get them man!!! Run good and take no prisoners!

Lead with Badugi. Between the "No Holdem" attitude and a non-poker variety of poker to start, you can strike the pure fear into the hearts of the timid.

Dealers are having a meeting.

Starting 5 handed, seat 3 is reserved for late registration.

Will be playing with the primary chips, bit of a bummer.

@Tommy, picked up your lighters and big gulp. That thing is fokkin huge.

Starting stack:
10x 5
10x 25
12x 100
4x 500
4x 1,000

Lost a bunch of big pots. Back to 7,700.

Played Badugi, Badacey, Badeucey, 2-7 single and triple draw, Big O (PL H/L), O8, Razz, Stud H/L Reg.

Man this is the shit:D

Raymer still sitting to your left?

2nd break: 3,900 chips. Still alive.

The hand that turned it around: Stud high. Limits: 200/400. 44 in the hole, J up. I move all-in for my last 125. 2 callers. They check until 6th, when the Russian in seat 1 leads out with 33 up, causing the other caller to fold.

I'm sure I'm dead, but that's all he had.

1st hand after the break.

NLHE
Blinds: 75/150.
I get QdJd UTG. Raise to 450. Everyone folds, BB calls.

Flop comes Q62 all spades. BB checks, I bet 1,000 with top pair. BB reraises to 5,000, twice what I've got behind. I ruled out a flush. Couldn't see him call with 62. Really only fearing AQ. The overbet looks like either a trap or a bluff.

I decide not to play scared and call. He turns over AQ. Drawing to a J, which doesn't come.

I'm out.

BOOO!

Who the fock plays in a dealer's choice WSOP event and calls NLHE? That guy needs to be taunted mercilessly on Twitter.
