Not Mine 16,000 Casino Chips (1 Viewer)

"Heavy quality-14 gram." maybe a bit of an exaggeration otherwise that would be the heaviest 39mm Paulson I've heard of..
Current heaviest 39mm Paulson I know of is 11.7g - RVCL $.50

Heaviest Paulson chip I own is an oversize solid blaze orange no mold Winner Club, at 16g. To my knowledge, the heaviest 43mm chips are Casino Aztar (Evansville) secondary $1000, many at 15g or more.

Most older metallic gold 39mm chips weigh in over 11g, as do some showboat greys. I suspect older metallic silver and (discontinued) royal blue chips are up there, too.

Don't some of the leaded whites come in around 12g?

How's the shipping at $516 now , when u order 16k chips it was 15$

Bulk shipping should be under $300 for 16,000 chips, and that's Priority Mail rates. Even at 800 boxed chips per LFRB (20 of 'em), that's only $360.....

Dude just needs to dump them for $8,000 to some one who can redistribute them to the community.

His dreams of some $16,000 $22,000 windfall are just that... dreams.

I am sure he’s watching ... and even if he isn’t, someone should let him know ;)

Yep, the Aztar is the heaviest 43mm I know of (on my scale they weigh an average of 14.5g, and all pretty equal, though only have 8 of them).
The grey Main Street Station $.25 hotstamps are the next heaviest 39mm I have at 11.52g (grey Freddie's Club $.25 hotstamps are nearly the same weight).
My racks of Silver Palace $5s average 11.4g
btw, all of my weight measurements are using mint chips.

Just checked Starlite $1, Horseshoe Gardena $100, Palais de Congres $50, and Eddie's $500 -- all leaded, and all under 11g - some not even close.

Haven't found a white 39mm over 11g, but my blue 1986 Bally's $1s are 11.24g

Anyway, we know these are quality chips due to their 14g weight ;)

Are they really 14g or he's guessing

Someone can buy it, then weigh them an then tell the guy you want the other grams  :LOL: :LOL: :LOL: :LOL:  he's short 3 grams

The breakdown may not allow it...

With only 2,200x $1s, his hands are tied. He can really only make 4-5 playable sets, and then he’s stuck with all those higher denoms; those 6,000x 25s are killing him. It’s a tough spot to be in to try and unload these. Selling all at once is really his only move... from a max. profit standpoint, that is.

I’d say he’s got about $8,000-$10,000 in playable sets. The rest is just dead weight.

Very little dead weight, you could use 16000 of the chips in the sets without issues

10 1000 chip cash sets ($15100 Bank)
1x210 5x360 25x400 100x30
10 player Starting Stack 20/36/?

10 600 chip Tourney sets
5x210 25x175 100x165 500x50
10 Stacks of up to T$4000 20/16/??/? or 15/17/??/?

In saying this I wouldn't buy them

Have Fun
