Thinking about running a chill home‑game satellite series with a crew of 20 guys as a monthly buy‑in event, points leaderboard, and whoever finishes on top gets a shot at the WSOP Main Event. Anyone here done something like this? Looking for ideas on formats, how to keep it fun, and how you handled the final seat.

Literally flying down to LV now to support 2 guys who won buy-ins to $1K events through our home league. First year of running it so we are excited to cheer them on. Remaining crew going down will Vegas-it-up while they grind.

Our points leader for the league won the first buy-in. End of season Championship Game winner won the second buy-in.

We did an upfront buy-in from all participants instead of taking a portion of each season game. Every participant has a piece of each winner playing in WSOP. A small piece, but something nonetheless that gives a reason to keep backing our horses.
