I would start by looking at "
Tina" chips. These are customizable chips made by a manufacturer in China. There are
monthly group buys organized by Broken Arrow / Justin. The way it works is that Justin aggregates orders from people in the community, has the bulk order of chips sent to him, and then he re-ships them to each buyer. This can save on shipping costs and Justin handles the communication.
Justin has a large library of designs you can choose from, or you can create something totally custom if you have the graphic design skills, or you can use the tool I built,
Chipmatic, to customize edge spots and colors and such.
