CPC Move Updates (13 Viewers)

Don’t think anyone even has a clue what mold is kicking things off. Regardless of order/sequence, do we have a full list of molds that didn’t make the Maine cutoff?
I assume anyone supposing the existence of things like "full lists" is just joining the thread. :cool Oh what an emotional journey you have ahead! How do you feel about '70s music?

I’m doing my best to not say anything but I can’t help myself. Whatever chance there was of me getting in the CPC game has gone to zero. Not like Mike cares so I’m just bored and feel like expressing my unwanted opinion. I feel for existing customers and the future of CPC. So much potential and just completely not tapping into PCF as a power member and as a resource is wild.

A custom CPC set is on my bucket list until it's not possible anymore, and I'm really excited that they're about to reopen.

But the passionate user base here, and implied word of mouth that could so easily come with it, is the kind of dream scenario for a new business that some fancy consultant would charge boatloads just to help ideate how to eventually build it. Social media-obsessesed businesses in 2026 would kill for a prebuilt PCF and a rabid audience ready to spend thousands on a product they haven't yet seen. That is the literal dream.

(Yes, that dream always comes with real challenges, frustrations and obvious risks for a business owner, especially with a 'fan base' with such a long history. No doubt it is hard to navigate regardless)

Not even logging in for months is a head scratcher. That's the one option I can confidently say nobody's going to advise, IMO.

Regardless, hope that changes soon, and looking forward to what comes next.

I think it’s gone so far that I almost understand it, if that makes sense. Running a business via a forum may not be for everyone.

What I picture when you guys debate a band that debuted and peaked before I was born.

Mud
That’s a pretty unfair categorization.

People of all ages and colors think baseball is the best sport and heavily debate lawn care/craft beer/bourbon/woodworking tools and prefer meetups play Aerosmith/Journey playlists with Rudy and Field of Dreams on the tv.

Going to sound like heresy…but I really don’t care that much if I can get another set of CPCs. I busted out my 23 year old ASMs after 5 years for a game last weekend and noticed 5-6 more labels bubbled up.🤬 Tried to fix by popping them off and re gluing or a quick hit with a heat gun and repressing them down. Fixed three and went into my dwindling supplies of extras.

I also needed to clean them as they felt tacky. I used them quite a bit and like in the casino…clay chips pick up sputz (I wipe them with a microfiber cloth dampened in denatured alcohol 🫣) Paulson chips at casinos really gross me out anymore. They are always sooo filthy. The Bud Jones chips at Borgata, where I okay the most, look as nice and clean now as they day they opened.

I absolutely hope that they get their shit in gear and stay in business for a very, very long time so that people have a custom clay chip option.

That’s said, I been more than happy using my BR Pro ceramics for the last 5 years that I can dump in a bucket of soapy, water and clean easily. I have one set of Tina hybrids that are nice. I just ordered another with the new chip designing tool and I’m not sure I personally need anything more than this.

I’d rather put the money into something like a Deckmate…which I did 😉😎

Baseball is incomprehensible in 197 sovereign countries or unrecognised territories around the world. :)
