I am able to buy this, either to make my own set from them or to re-sell them to you.
Curious what the value is for a set like this & what these will do under good conditions?
Also if it is easiliy possible to relabel.

You can probably find more comps by looking around in Marketplace for sold listings for similar chips, but the first few I pulled up sold for about $0.75/chip in 2025. Take that however you want because markets/demand change all the time, and I stopped looking after two listings.

Inlays on ASM/CPC chips are generally pretty easy to remove but typically don’t have a recess for an over label. It does look like these might have a recess, but it could be my mind playing tricks on me. Either way, it’s definitely a set you could customize one way or the other.

So if I’d able to get the set (500 chips) for 200 at 0.40 a chip it’s a relative good deal?
Thanks!

I’d feel comfortable saying that if you paid that and decided you didn’t want them, then relisted them at that same price, they’d last less than an hour in the marketplace. Nothing is guaranteed though, but $0.40 a piece for real clay chips in good condition that would fit a lot of sets, at worst you may have to split them out by color if someone doesn’t want them all.

In my opinion it’s low-risk to buy them at that price and try them out, and if it doesn’t suit your fancy you could pass them on to the next person. Or mark them up a little and get berated by people that don’t like when others sell for profit, and probably have to wait a tad longer on a sale.

So it’s not a flip. But I don’t think that’s an unreasonable asking price if you are in the market for something like this. Sets like this are not readily available for less. Great chips, nice case, good breakdown for a 500 chip set. Very easy to remove the labels and relabel. You could do a lot worse than a custom set with these chips. That’s my two euro cents.

I'd say it's still a fair price if you want to buy them for yourself (with the case and cards) and if shipping isn't too expensive. Try negotiating down to €350, and you'll get a perfect deal, but the seller won't be offended either. You can easily sell them for the same amount if you don't like them (and if they're in good condition). About 15 years ago, these sets could be exchanged for points at the PokerStars store for players who had reached a high VIP level. Converted to cash, this was worth about $2 per chip (If you had the correct status level.). And those were the not same prices the manufacturer offered. 🤷‍♂️😂
But given the rake you paid them and the fact that you could exchange points for this course more profitably for $, these sets were rarely bought.
I think they factored in $150 in worldwide shipping when calculating the cost of the sets. Which made the purchase seem odd. Ultimately, I think they were planning on giving them away to special event participants/winners.

They have no denomination and are easy to use, for example, as t500 tournament chips.

Wow, that is very interesting that you found these pictures. And also nice to have been able to redeem your PS point for a set like this. Yes if you calculate it the price per chip is insane but look at it as rakeback 😜

Would you like to sell the box separately? I'm tired of storing chips in boxes.
