First time overlabeling chips. Perfect colour matching of the label to the chip [insert chefs kiss].

I'm using the "official" Lego PCF label application tool for the job. :D

Wow, that Casablanca $100 looks fantastic!! I was scared of relabeling them so i let them go. Looks like I shouldn't have been. Fantastic job my friend.

On a belated side note, kudos to Gear and Wifey. Absolutely a joy to work with them and they made the whole transaction easy as could possibly be. I will definitely be working with them again!:cool

Had a few labels made up, and finally got around to getting them in my possession and seeing these great results..thanks @Gear and @Wifey for the amazing work they do!

Needed a frac for my recent TRK acquisition, and found these milled monogram Small Crown things. They should do the trick. Whole set is already mixed, so I just picked a label I thought would work well with a red chip. This cost me very little, and allows me to felt this set at my next game! I’m pretty pumped!

I also recently acquired a rack of leaded (10.5g) pink solids in excellent condition, and I had @Gear make me some sweet labels for this chip to be a quarter for my set.

Working with Andrea and Chris at Gear Labels was a pleasure from start to finish. Their communication was clear, timely, and genuinely helpful. Even while juggling off-hours in November, Andrea set expectations up front and kept the process moving. The approval/payment step was straightforward, and they explained every detail so I knew exactly what would happen next.

Chris’s mockups were thorough and thoughtful. He tightened letter spacing on “WILSON” and “POKER ROOM,” refined the denomination outlines, and updated the 50¢ mark to a true ¢ symbol. He also confirmed textured laminate and sizing for 7/8" milled Paulson TH&C chips. Once payment was confirmed, they moved straight into production, then shared shipping details right away.

Most importantly, the labels turned out exactly as I envisioned. Fit and finish are spot-on, denominations are crisp and readable, and the textured surface looks fantastic. I’m thrilled with the result and sharing a photo so others can see the quality for themselves. If you value responsive, expert communication and a product that matches your vision, Gear Labels delivers.

Thanks to @Wifey and @Gear for another excellent experience. Andrea is always nice and walks you through the process step by step. I sent in a sample of the chips so Chris could color match the logos to the chips. I wanted the 44mm chips to be the star so I went for a simple inlay designed by @mattross1313. I think they came out great!

Chris also did a full inlay replacement on a barrel of Mexican rose tigers. These are seating/bounty/all-in chips. We play on two tables. One in the breezeway and one in the kitchen. Now there’s no question what table you’re at.

My 1st time cruising thought this thread. All awesome work and a great many ideas!
Face-lifts for dead sets, and re-purposing spare chips.
Is there an outline of the whole process anywhere? I need to catch up.

Another great job by @Gear and @Wifey
This is my second iteration of a Dunes tribute set and first RHC overlabel set.

These compact Dunes sets have been great for small stakes with 6-8 players. Also served well for using chips that will eventually graduate to a bigger custom set. My last one had Paris $1s and watermelon solids which will go to my first custom THC set.

Eventually this set will be replaced by the real Dunes chips and then I’ll start my own custom RHC set. Will probably do full inlay replacement when I get there. Definitely going to Gear for all future sets.

Couldn't be happier with the color matching, they did a great job on the faux shapes too.

I was initially skeptical on the Hollywood BR $25s since in the original TCR sale thread no one was able to confidently ID the color (Lemon green btw). They absolutely knocked it out of the park though.
