upon closer inspection, there are 90 diamond blues and 10 THC blues. there were also 3 diamond whites hiding in there, as well as four THC off-white and one "lucky" THC white. the reds are indeed all overstamps - i don't think the understamps are all the same, but it's hard to tell. interesting mix of chips for what looks like such a standard 100/100/100 red white & blue.

These buys fascinate me. Like I said, my guess is that those came out of that Paulson store in the 90s, sat on a shelf for 30 years, and now they’re yours.

i would not call them mint, but they do seem unused, if that makes sense.

i think your theory is likely correct - maybe they had a discount "as-is" shelf. the keys are still attached with the original plastic loop.
