I'd heard rumors of Nintendo having something to do with the Lazy N mold, but this seems to confirm it to some degree? I have a couple chips on this mold but still don't fully know their origin.

looking at the edges they look ground into shape, not lathed or however Paulson does it today (where you can see the lines). I don’t know if Paulson in the ‘90s did it that way, as these are described in the listing as 90’s era

Big question as to whether they were made in Japan as the box states…

One of the Endy’s at Paulson looked at business in Japan and eventually ended up as part of Angel group, but I don’t know of any Japanese chip manufacturing
