Been awhile since I've updated everyone on the milling so wanted to do a little post here as we just passed my first year on PCF! I've learned a lot in that year from both as a fellow chipper and as a milling agent (this sounded a lot cooler in my head). I'm happy to have found such a tight and well ran group that was one of the reasons that lead me to begin milling in the first place. My first year milling was not without its trials and lessons but I'm 100% more confident now than when I first started. But wanted to thank each and everyone of you who have supported me during my first year and hope that you can count on me for any future work you may need. I also plan to post a more personal chipping journey in the forum section soon for everyone to keep track with! Below is my updated rate information (including a new loyalty bonus*) and as well a promotion that I will be running in the month of March to celebrate my first year on PCF.

INLAY REMOVAL
Many of you reached out to me over the year asking about if I was doing any inlay removal services. After some recent testing, I decided I am going to open up orders for inlay removal work! Currently at this time I will be mainly focusing on laminated inlay removal and not paper (though who knows... maybe one day). I'll start pricing at $1.00/chip but this may change as I figure out the workflow a bit better. Leadtime will be a little longer on these at about 2-3 weeks given the amount of work that will need to go into them.

MILLING

ALL MARCH 2026 MILLING ORDERS $0.40/chip

ALSO NEW AS OF MARCH 2026, LOYALTY BONUS. EVERY 6TH RACK OF MILLED CHIPS ARE FREE OF CHARGE. DOES CARRY OVER BETWEEN ORDRS! I WILL HAVE A RUNNING SPREADSHEET PER CUSTOMER TO KEEP TRACK.

Pricing will otherwise remain the same for milling of any chips at $0.50/chip rest of year

I have milled quite a variety of chips now and have no issues milling Paulson, CPC/ASM, Greek Key, and TRKs

Current leadtime is still 1-2 weeks turnaround once I receive the chips.

Additional Services:
Applying Your Own Labels - $20/rack
Chip Flattening - $25/rack or $5/barrel
Ultrasonic Chip Cleaning - $15/rack - Have your chips sent through the Vevor Ultrasonic for that extra shine

And as always, the same typical disclaimers as the beginning repeated below

- Starburst THC chips will not always mill off completely clean due to the misalignment of the stamps and chip tolerances. Some will come off completely clean while others might have specs leftover near the edges. I can provide photo examples if needed.

- Other manufactured chips (like Greek Keys) are a bit more brittle than your standard Paulson. I managed to mill quite a large quantity but would estimate that there is a typical loss of chips of about 1% due to them snapping in half during the process.

- Return shipping costs will be required, I can provide real time quotes after milling for expedite or standard shipping (plus insurance if necessary)

- I will not be held responsible for any chips damaged during my milling process. If any damage does occur I will promptly reach out to discuss continuation of service and assess any damage or potential compensation. I know how much we love and care for our chips so I promise to do everything I can to mitigate these types of issues. Also make sure that you're sending me chips that you indeed want milled and nothing more.

- Any unpaid orders 45 days after completion will be sold to help recoup costs.
