Still early in the process, but first quote came in under $1.70ea. This is probably a good starting point for budgeting purposes.

For example, 10 cut cards = $17 + shipping.

I'll plan on using basic 4"x"8 bubble mailers and USPS Ground Advantage ($6-ish).

I SCREWED UP - PLEASE READ!

I screwed up and posted a price of $0.61 per card, which is for 2500 cards of one design and one size.

Since we will have multiple designs and two sizes (bridge and jumbo) assume $1.10 per card (for now). Hopefully that comes down a bit by order time.

Again this is per them this week, I was told that the sizes are close enough that the discount still applies to the total bridge and poker size, and it's $20 1 time per design.

So all of these cards should run at $0.61 + tax and ship/reshipping, I can just take care of the $20 design cost on these ones to make it easy.

Super straight forward and easy! I think it's great to under deliver and over promise, so stick with the $1 or $1.10 and folks will be pleasantly surprised.

PAYMENT METHOD UPDATE:

I can take Venmo & PayPal, but there will be a slight upcharge on PayPal since I have a biz account and cannot accept FF. PayPal takes a small cut on standard xfers that I will need to cover. For the anticipated transaction sizes it should be a fairly small amount, from a few cents to a couple bucks at most.
