Just seeing this sorry! I wouldn’t flip it over. With the table upright, start turning the turnbuckle one way.
If it helps level it, keep going.
If it doesn’t help, turn the turnbuckle the other way until the table is level to your liking.

If you are asking how to turn a turnbuckle, just grasp it and continuously twist it in the plane of the cables one way or the other to tighten or loosen it.

Most I've paid for a Barrington was $160 from Walmart. I also was part of the Wayfair (I think it was Wayfair) deal where they were listed for $90 with shipping. Crazy.

Mine from Walmart.com just a month ago was $250 shipped. Great value even at that price, sad to see it go up. Maybe Costco will have a restocked deal in the $300 range for the holidays.
