I just bought this: https://www.tritonpokertables.com/collections/accessories/products/poker-mats

The stated dimensions are clearly 80 inches by 38 inches:

And yet what I received is clearly 97 inches by 36 inches:

I can't find a single review complaining about this -- am I insane? Did I just get a lemon? I don't think so -- mat looks fine and fits perfectly into carrying case.

Triton is saying I need to pay for return shipping -- yet IMO this is clearly their fault (so they should be giving me a full refund and pay for shipping).

What's going on here? This mat doesn't fit my table (which is ~80 inches by ~38 inches).

/end rant

One is made for the table, the other is just meant to be put on any dining room table I believe.

I ordered the same color, size and design as you did on Aug 21 and mine is the correct 38x80 size. So they definitely sent you the wrong one. That sucks, they need to make that right for you.

If you didn’t get what you ordered then tell them they’ll pay all costs incurred in making it right or they’ll have the full fury of several forums on their read end.

Done.

Triton must’ve sensed the fury building because they responded bright and early this morning — acknowledging their mistake and making it right.

I do wish they’d update their website to at least acknowledge the existence of another oval-shaped mat with the above dimensions (to prevent future confusion).

Anyways — glad this is getting resolved — appreciate the support!

I remember emailing them a few weeks ago asking about the thickness of the mat. They told me 6mm. But on here, members says it’s 4 or 5mm.

Same for me too. I’m having a custom topper built that’s 5mm. I’m hoping it’ll suffice.
