Just saw a set of almost 1000 lucky bees pop up on fb marketplace for $185. Worth picking up?
Secured! Excellent advice from all of you

Hey NexGen fan club!

I’ve got some NexGen chips that were used in an old charity poker room in Michigan called The Parrot Poker Room, which has since shut down. The chips are in pretty rough shape (especially the reds and whites). I picked the best-looking ones for the photo.

Does anyone happen to have chips in these same colors?

I’d love to buy some, or I’ve got other NexGen chips available if you’re up for a trade:

As far as NexGen’s are concerned my preference is Lucky Bee, 8000, 8002… No love for the Pro Remix.

Since I recently prevailed (as intended) in an auction and tabled the fruits of my labors in Session 144 (594 overall) I thought I’d toss a pic or two in the thread.

Good luck.

Found these here and there while going through all my chips.
If you still have the NexGen set - I will drop these in the mail to you. Should bring up the chip count from 249 - for most of those - to 250.

Hey nexgen gang. Can anyone in Central Jersey / Philly Metro / NYC metro let me borrow / rent 100-300 black and 100-200 purple? Nexgen Lucky Bee preferred but anything that stacks with Lucky Bee is ok too.

I can also trade some white lucky bee for black Lucky bee if that helps anybody.
Thanks.

@stellablue I can swap some white for black or purple if we're ever in the same neighborhood.

What racks fit the Nexgen Pros and Pro Classics. I have some and can only get 19 chips per row.

I just bought this set
Will worth to make a project?
Where I can find more?
Lucky bee
Nice pickup. Lucky bee's are hard to find. They pop up occasionally, but you likely wont be able to be to picky on color or qty.

I had to add modern pro series to my buddies lucky bees because I couldn't find at a reasonable price.

All lucky bee:
i'd trade white for black (preferred) or purple or yellow or green but dibs to @Pippa. Mine are super low priority.

I can take some white if you want to sell to me
Theyre not mine to sell. Its my buddies and I used and improved the set a bit.

Hes got over 200 white so I know 50 can move to a color we'd use and I'd just do it.

Also I have to keep the case full. Its a similar 2 level 750 chip caddy in the pic. I added the new type of black and enough lammers to fill the case. Prior to that the bottom level wasnt full and some black chips are warped cracking that were in a partially full column on bottom and torqued (i presume).

Hes an older guy and im not explaining selling to help an internet stranger and he wont care about the money.

Still open to trades though after youre satiated. There was just a decent lucky bee set on fb marketplace around me but too expensive and too much redundancy for him.

Ill keep an eye out for you.

Hey all,
I've read posts here for years but finally joined to share my chip set. I was avid poster at HomePokerTourney.com for years, there's probably posters here from that klatch. (Wedge Rock? Detroit Dad?)
Anyway, I noticed nobody in this thread mentioned River Poker Tour (RPT) Nexgens. I'm not selling this set ... because it's our regular tourney set (used them last night). Not sure when I got these -- 2008 sounds about right -- and they still play and look fantastic. I labeled them not long after I got them, they're just paper DIY labels, but when I did the job I printed a number of extras, so if one gets wet or faded I have a few left to refresh. Anyhoo, enjoy ...
