I could contribute a Sahara Dealer Button design based on the original 50s design. I would also like a version with Dealer in the same font as Sahara.
I tried AI, but the outcome werent pleasing. Does somebody know a source to generate "DEALER" in the same font as SAHARA. Or a free AI Font generator that is promising.

Looks like there is more than enough interest to justify a dealer button group buy. I'll try to post something by next week. But I've got a lot going on at the moment, so it might take a little time to get it ready. So if you want to create a design (or designs) to share with the masses to be included in the group buy, get them ready and post here (or send me a PM).

Anyone who has made a custom on the 65mm or 80mm acrylics - it's easy to use the same designs for 60mm ceramics. So let's see some of those designs, as well. Plus, you can design a rolling edge, which isn't possible on the acrylics.

Adobe Illustrator? Any vector file format I think. I’m not sure what else there is besides AI.

Using a raster image from Photoshop will also work, but it has to be a high enough resolution. 400px to 600px per inch is a good guide, so a 3” button will require approx a 1,200px (or higher) resolution.
I did the sports ball dealer buttons in the past with a Photoshop file, but keep in mind that it will always print darker and a bit muddier on the ceramic surface. You can compensate a bit by making brighter, lighter colored art.

As mentioned in the IPS sale threads, I'll offer this design for this GB:

Any interest in these? They were pretty popular in the last 80mm acrylic DB GB, so maybe people already got their fix.

If there's enough interest, I'd have to decide if I'd want to keep it as one design with different artwork on each side and come up with an edge stripe design tht'd work for that, or just make it two separate buttons.
