https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/poker-chip-size-variance.112702/#post-2342687Question - do any of you Tiger owning scrub donkeys have a set of calipers and could do a quick check - or send me in direction of 39mm / 43mm / 48mm size verification info? Suppose any modern paulson would work. Alec is wondering if 0.5mm space would work around the edges.
Alec is working on the center display section where I’ll have the sample chips showing, similar to the below. I’ve since added one more rack of chips.

His question was, “Due to the odd shape of the lower open space around the racks, this needs to be two different pieces of wood. Let me know what you think and confirm dimensions. Any chance you can get a caliper on these chips for a more accurate diameter? If not, then I will add a 0.5mm to the nominal diameter of all these chips cavities to make sure they will fit where they're supposed to.”

Hah! But yeah, was also my initial reaction especially when you see the one barrel in the corner for perspective. Biiiig caseI'm not even a "bro" kinda guy but it felt right in the momentI can't wait to see the finished product. Having Alec build something custom is just another addictive option in this hobby
