Hey guys

I know there was another amazon playing card thread a while back but I heard the OP got banned:eek:. So I'm coming here to start a new one but to also ask if any of you guys have tried these ones. Unfortunately I'm unable to throw money at a bunch of setups and test them for you guys although I wish I could. So I'm hoping to just create a massive hub for the best amazon cards and who knows maybe we'll find another gold mine like the LotFancys!

Cards I've tried already:
Copags (7.2/10) - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000E9DQFI?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_19&th=1
Las Vegas (8.4/10) - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CMR4QMYS?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_8
LotFancy (8.0 / 10) - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07DJ7P8P5?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_17&th=1

Cards I want to try and would love a review in this thread for:
Modiano - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LT7X0C...WNAK2CZY&psc=1&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it
Artgame - https://www.amazon.com/ARTGAME-Plas...and-games,195&sr=1-43&xpid=G1CLXpS5fAFgZ&th=1 (looks like slowplays?)
Ritz - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01KGEP7X...NWNAK2CZY&ref_=list_c_wl_lv_ov_lig_dp_it&th=1 (are these the same as royals? https://www.amazon.com/dp/B075996PB..._477KDYP3HHBS6B33P1KK&tag=pokchifor0d-20&th=1)
2023 WSOP Copags - https://www.amazon.com/Copag-Plasti...toys-and-games,195&sr=1-98&xpid=G1CLXpS5fAFgZ
Bicycle Prestige - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DT7HJ618?_encoding=UTF8&th=1

BTW are all Davinci's the same feel just different backings and indexes?
Feel free to place any reviews and links of possible gems (from amazon or even temu) in this thread as well!

Da Vincis - Yes, from the 2 decks I've gotten, they feel the same.

Interesting you rate the LotFancy and Las Vegas cards higher than Copags. Care to share why?

Hope this helps -

Modiano Texas Holdem - Good price. Good texture. Great font readability. Haven't torture tested them yet. Will be an awesome buy if it holds up well.

Artgame - Looks really similar to Slowplay. The original Slowplays were stiff cards with beautiful designs (I love Art Deco). The red tended to bleed early like Copags. They have a 2.0 and a Premium set as well. How stiff are they? Well the Premium feels a lot like the original and its stiffer than a Broken Arrow. Will they break in? I only have the one setup so it may never get put in the rotation.

Ritz - Really slick cards. Wouldn't really play em in a serious game.

Bicycle Prestige - Love these. Great if they were in Jumbo fonts. A little pricey though. People will tell you there is a jumbo index from Spain available but they certainly do not feel anything like the Duraflex the US market ones are made of.

Copag WSOP -These are what I used. They look nice but had to retire them early due to creasing of the card backs. Hard to tell from the standard Copags.

Thanks for the Review!

I really enjoy the Copags, however the smell and fading is what pushed the score down. Also a lot of the Copags got marked and with the other cards I've yet to see any markings. Lastly, after a decent amount of usage they get a little sticky to shuffle for me, I deal and the setup of copags we use are pretty broken in and after a couple of hours it starts to hurt my hands pushing the cards together.

I still love the cards they were my first ever plastic cards but I get the Las Vegas and LotFancy's in rotation more often than Copags

I've been playing with Copag bridge standard index for years. Recently had a couple of newer players complain about how slippery they are. I decided to test some poker size cards to see if it was just the grip that was causing them to spill the deck every few shuffles. I went with the Bicycle Prestige and I think I actually prefer them to the Copags. The quality and feel and shuffle are all top-notch. They're new, so I'll update this if I don't like them after a few battles. Part of what I love about them is that I grew up playing with paper rider back cards and the nostalgia is palpable.

I know an old timer that has also been a dealer, and he much prefers the Bicycle Prestige for shuffling. I can't say I can agree or disagree, but he has much more experience than I. I like the Broken Arrow right now, but that isn't an amazon choice.

This here is a great resource on cards ->

I haven't tried the Las Vegas cards, but I've been buying the LotFancy cards exclusively for a while now. I used to only buy Copags. I liked the Copags, but they tend to fade and are pretty slippery. I find the LotFancy cards durable and easy to shuffle and deal without being so slippery that the top card slides off, and haven't noticed any fading issues. I think they're slightly better cards overall, then consider they're literally half the price of Copag (at least on Amazon).

As with Lotfancy, they charge as much as they cost to ship them to me. Boooo.

Will find another way to get a hold of them.

How stiff are they compared to Copag, though?

IMO they aren't stiff at all. They're the thinnest cards I own are super flexible.

How would you rate these compared to broken arrow?
I like the Las Vegas slightly more just because the font and different textures on the face and back but overall can't go wrong with either.

I have been thoroughly enjoying these Integear cards, although I will admit that has as much to do with the card backs being replicas of the old ‘70’s Tiger 565 cards as it does how they feel and perform.

These “Texas Hold ‘Em” decks I picked up from aliexpress are amazing for the price. Actually they are just amazing, period. Just have to wait a little while for shipping. Some of the China made decks are really, really good.

These aren't exactly the same as the one in your original request since they're used tournament cards- but I assume they're the same as the ones you linked? I ordered a few decks! they feel a bit different to regular copags - a little more slick and a little thinner than other decks of copags I own. I think the red color is slightly different for casino use.

for $5/deck can't really go wrong! downside though is no cut card, no jokers, and box is pretty flimsy. Otherwise I really like the feel of the cards.

Bicycle Prestige are pretty nice and have stayed the same price pretty much for years, I prefer the older "racing" stripe back design vs the newer Rider Back card backs. My main complaint with the older racing striped backs is they just use normal USPCC face cards and pips, I've used USPCC paper cards for years (mostly rider backs) so when picking cards to play with it's a much needed break to have something other than USPCC 's art. the racing stripe back design was different enough i could get over it, but now that they've moved to making plain rider backs but plastic I'd take another brand just from a personal preference standpoint not quality. There was a strange run that seemed to have been a short lived set, green and burgundy but i can't find any info on it besides people didn't like them.

i've had fading issues with my first set of stripped prestige cards but a whole lot less than some copags decks have, and unlike copags fading on felt, i did not treat them good at 16. they were played on gravel, grass, carpet, concrete, dirty tables, clean tables, felt, etc. I washed every now and again in soap+cold water, i applied talc powder to the cards as well. i heard some people and card magic guys online said to do to keep them "nice and slippery, to keep from sticking together" or something. never do this lol, i'm sure no one will but it leaves a terrible texture, gunk up, no grip terrible. i might have that deck still but i think i lost some cards from it, and kept a few aces kings and jokers. but they are very durable

I have yet to try the new plain rider back version, but if it's the same quality and feel as the older back design they are a pretty good choice. if you don't mind it being the same Bicycle cards you used for 12 years straight (like I did) don't hesitate to get a deck or 2! the newer rider back prestige come in black as well a red and blue

I ended up playing with a prestige deck a few weeks ago, that I had given to a friend because I can’t stand standard index.
They’re great cards - a joy to handle.

Love my Prestige. First ever plastic cards I used, peek shuffle and pitch like a ddream. Faded for me after years of shuffling and dealing on a hard table but a great setup.

Hopefully will be playing with them tomorrow night actually.

Totally valid, since jumbo index makes the face cards way smaller. I wouldn't have any issues with them anymore, outside of only coming in poker standard index and no option for bridge size standard or poker jumbo.

Doesn't seem like any other brand but copag sells single decks, so that's a pretty cool plus. I recently started playing solo with my prestige, removing the USPCC artwork and limited size/endex choices i almost might say IMO they are the best decks available when adding up every other factor. Feel great, shuffle nicely, 9 bucks free shipping on samazon and being able to find them in Walmart or cvs pretty frequently is great too. I'd personally put up a bit more money to buy another kind of card so i wouldn't have to play with rider backs, but if you can get over it they're peak.

I had a bunch of Bicycle Prestige decks in bridge/jumbo with green/burgundy backs about 5-6 years ago and they were fantastic.
I couldn't find anything, not even listings on eBay. That's very interesting as it seems people said they were defective, were bad in some way but nothing definitive. Though the made in china prestige cards were also gone over night, they came in paper boxes and looked like normal bicycle standard boxes.

Jealous would be cool to get them in bridge

I found them through a link on these forums, someone linked them pretty cheap on Amazon, about $3 per deck iirc. I might have one setup left somewhere and will get a couple photos if I can dig them out in the next day or two.

Poker / jumbo Prestige (red/blue) are available from European vendors on eBay.

I'm literally the dumbest person ever, unless i checked eBay before they were listed Or thought they were the Chinese made decks and skipped the listing. 15 is not that much more expensive if you really want a plastic rider back, so that's really cool as an option. But I've played with rider backs waaay too long, I'd need the stripped back prestige or another brand of cards in jumbo at 15 a deck. I'm looking to buy a set of modiano platinums that would average to 15 a deck in the set.

Some Kardwell dal negros are 8.50 plus shipping, that'd be a few bucks more as well. I'm looking forward to pick some of the odd ones from the site next paycheck, though no one else order please or i will cry.

I do know Kardwell has a strange rep on the forum, but i ordered through Kem dot com not that long ago and everything was fine. Everything points to them being ran by Kardwell, so ordering some Dals, Gemacos and ntp while not getting scammed will be nice.

Unfortunately I don't think they make the striped back Prestige at all anymore. For the same feel of card, try Fournier. Prestige are essentially Bicycle branded Fournier cards.
There's listings on the electronic bay for the old back design, and yeah Fourniers are really nice. I have 3 different decks and they all are different in terms of feel and handling, but i like them a lot and Fournier is a 2nd place card if not 1st place for me. They are hard to find so i can't fully judge what the baseline stock/texture/feel is, i have a custom plastic casino deck, a limited run Karnival magic deck and a weird one off back design I've never found again outside of the Amazon listing years back.

Here's a post on the Karnival limited edition i have, Karnival has made a bunch of cool paper decks for bicycle. I ended up making my own review of Karnival in general and the cards by accident hah, was just making a cool post 10 years later and oops. So my thoughts on the cards themselves and brand can be found below, i think they are very interesting as they don't seem to fit in the "card magic/cardartistry" they marketed to nor poker/card players even if by accident it would've caught on
https://www.pokerchipforum.com/threads/karnival-death-heads-armour-edition-review.5990/

And I'll put a picture of the weird tribal design and casino Fourniers tomorrow or something, very interesting tribal design and no information about it online except homepokertourney's review on the Tribus cards
