I’m pretty sure clear comment only clears the comment log. Reset status will clear everyone’s last comment.

But that being said you bring up a good point. Clear comments should be doing both. Use reset status for now.

So I wanted to email my entire group and the count is only going to 20 no matter how I add the members: https://d.pr/i/ruhXd6

I even used the "add all" option and all names are listed, but the count near the send dropdown is still 20.

Pm me a link to your sheet. Or if you want to troubleshoot yourself you could take a look at hidden column Q in the guests tab. Each cell there should have a formula.

Finally got around to trying v3.7 but not having any luck. Went through the entire install process twice and emails will send but when I click the link…

It unfortunately seems to have crashed all my sheets now too - I can’t use the previous version either.

EDIT: It seems like it’s a cookie thing on my browser. Once I tried opening the link in an incognito window it worked. My players also can open it. Not sure how my browser got jacked up.

I just found this and am very excited for it. I've been using stats genie for years. I downloaded and set everything up. I've been trying to myself the test message, the log shows it has sent but nothing comes to my email or text. The log shows that it has been sent. I'm a bit of a dinosaur and am struggling to figure out where the problem is. Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong?

It shows executing at the left but there is a blue line in the upper right corner that says "waiting" and it never updates

I don’t think so. Make sure you completed step 12 correctly.

Yes I checked, it only gives me the option of anyone within my domain... I am going to redo it using a gmail address.

Go ahead. I’m working on 3.8. But nothing imminent. You should be good with 3.7 for a while

Using this in parallel with evite for this month. Added all of my players into the doc, and sent my first invites. I've run into a few bumps so far, but it seems that I have made it through some of them.

Anyone have time-out issues when sending to several individuals? Iooks like it goes for 5 min, and times out. Basically, that's 57 emails. tried 3 times and fails at the same time each time. (and I've spammed the hell out of my players).... Oops

But here’s some info to help troubleshoot

I’ve never used it with more than 20 or so.

Check the logs. See if it’s failing on the same name. Maybe it’s a misspelled address. Or maybe there is something else unusual about that address.

Off hand I see no reason for it to time out like that based only on volume.

One think to keep in mind is that Google limits you to 100 messages per day. Maybe you’re bumping into that limit.

When I’m back I can take a closer look

Hi everyone,

I thought I'd give an update on what I'm working on in v3.7.

1. I've greatly improved the load times and navigation on the end user facing web page.
   
   
2. For iOS users, I've improved the capabilities of the Siri Shortcut. You can now send e-mails and/or texts as a group or individually right from your phone. This makes text sending far more reliable and effectively bypasses the daily quota limits in Google. You can even say "Siri, Send Invite Tracker Messages" and Siri will guide you through sending whichever message you have selected in the Spreadsheet.
   
   
3. Added some new tokens for your message templates.
   
   
4. Added an option to format html links in e-mails.

I'm currently testing all of this for my upcoming game this week. If all goes well I intend to post sometime next week. In my opinion items 1 and 2 are game changers.


On my todo list:

1. Add .vcal attachments to messages
2. Add an option to hide the response stats at the top of the web page.

Beat me to it.
Check your settings tab and make sure Seconds between message send is set to zero. That might help.
