Air fry on highest setting (mine is 400F). Watch them, flip them after a few minutes. When they look done, they are. Kosher salt, pepper, garlic powder and smoked paprika rub and they are great with no sauce. Sauced is good too....melted butter, Frank's and a bit of honey.

I would like to learn how to weld. I am an amateur craftsman at a number of things, but have never learned how to weld.

Do you have a particular focus? For example, the season I worked on my posture, specifically ensuring a had a good bend in the knees when preparing to return serve, my game really improved.

This year I got 4 decks of cards for Christmas, so I'd like to learn the spring, where you shoot a deck of cards from one hand to the other over a distance (maybe some neat cuts and shuffles as well).

Just wish they didn't call it cardistry... Probably the most embarrassing name I can think of.

Bread and pastries.

I have mastered chocolate chip cookies. A coworker liked them so much she conned me into selling 20 dozen at work. I thought it would be like 3-4 dozen, but she just kept telling people and taking money, and then she dropped a wad of cash on my desk and started calling me Mr. Cookie. Now I don't want to bake cookies anymore haha.

I personally want to read more as I noticed how I did it less and less over the past couple of years even though I used to enjoy it :)

I'm a very avid reader. More so now that I use the Kindle app, as I can pickup a book anywhere via my phone.

Air fryer is a GAME CHANGER! So many things you can do with it, and most are super easy. I made an amazing brussels sprouts dish last week that is going to become a regular. Wings sound awesome. Good luck!

I‘ve played tennis for many years as a kid. I stopped playing for 20 years and would work on my comeback.
