Sorry to go against popular opinion here, but @Thomacetti leaving negative feedback seems to be a misuse of the feedback system.

There is no reference to “dibs” in the PCF T&Cs. Dibs is some idea that a few users here have, that they’re entitled to buy chips if they call first. Simply put, that’s a myth. Honoring dibs is a courtesy of the seller, but no sellers are obliged to do that.

The feedback system is in place to report deals gone right, or wrong, possibly involving actual loss of money, chips, bad shipping practices, lost time, etc - stuff involving actual deals that took place.

If you start leaving negative feedback because you perceive someone broke your personal “dibs rule”, which is not a PCF rule at all, that means it’s ok to leave negative feedback for just about anything.

See a comment in your sale thread you don’t like? Leave the guy a negative feedback. That will go downhill pretty fast eh?

@David O @other mods do you have any comments on this?

It wasn't just dibs. The seller noted that @Thomacetti had rights to the purple chips if split, then (apparently) sold them to someone else for $20 more.

And have we resorted to post 4- and 5-minute YouTube videos? What happens for 3-second gifs?! What has this place become?!

You know, people work and depend on trains for a living. The fact that you arbitrarily malign their livelihood with pain associations just because it rhymes is distressing to them I’m sure. I mean why can’t you say - pain conga line, or pain semitruck, or pain walkathon? Always gotta dis the trains though…
