So is this the "official post" to order the "Aces" chips?
Or if some one intends to start the process of purchasing these chips, they make their own post,
asking if anyone wants in on it and go from there? ie: starting a "group buy" from that new post.
Thanks for your patience. I'm new. lol

The guy who started us down the path with the cards mold ceramics from China created the Aces designs. He took a lot of money here and disappeared. Then later returned and, I believe, paid everyone back. The good that came out of it is that we have a few hundred thousand Chinese ceramics made/being made.
Just trying to find out prices etc for a first set. There is SOOO much to see here and most is out of MY price range. The guy who started us down the path with the cards mold ceramics from China created the Aces designs. I believe that they are running around 34¢/chip including shipping from China. But each order is different and freight charges are always changing. Getting in on a group buy is your best bet. Or contact Tina directly. She should have the Aces file.Just trying to find out prices etc for a first set. There is SOOO much to see here and most is out of MY price range.
So just looking for options and saw that these chips had lots of options/color combos that people could play around with for a custom set for themselves.

I ran a smaller group buy, with 12 purchasers for about 15,000 chips. It was a fair amount of work, but it’s a decent size to get a slight price break on the chips, and keep the shipping price-per-chip down, which may even be a bigger savings than the quantity price break.Welcome!
The cards mold chips are sold by a commercial seller/wholesaler. The inexpensive prices that you see kicked around involve large orders by groups of people to reach certain order and shipping quantities.
Sean ran one very very large open GB allowing people to order custom sets at cheap prices. No one else has been willing to do this and I doubt anyone else will. For US orders the optimum quantity is about 10k chips. The purpose of this thread was to give people the info to organize their own small GBs since you only need about 10 people to get great prices on these chips.
But unfortunately I don’t expect many, or really any, large open GBs again for these chips. It’s just too much work. That is unless Sean goes crazy and does another one.
INI’m not opposed to running another similar one down the road, if I decide to do a cash set.
How do these chips feel? Is there a way that get a sample set of these golden nugget ones or a different casino design? Maybe Bellagio or Rounders if possible.Who has the rights to the golden nuggets artwork? I don’t see on here. Thank you.

What's the diameter of the center area ?
I don't think it's necessary bc these chips are relatively not common to come by being customDoes the vendor offer RFID, UV, or other security features?

I don’t believe so. Another member was interested in security for the high stacks cash game the chips were intended for and decided to have the chips etched back stateside.Just curious if possible, I would like to have them for my set. I am thinking of hooking up sensors to the table and track the action for fun.
