no, the vendor absorbs all fees with these transactions no matter how you pay, assuming a domestic $$ transaction of course - international is a different ball of wax sometimes with exchange fees
I just have my debit card linked and my bank account all my CCs are a hot mess lol

Without CCs I would have a VASTLY smaller collection...
I don't ever use credit cards ever I swear they're more trouble than they're worth. Everything comes right out of the bank account. So it makes things hard when you really want something sometimes. But I always figure out how to cut corners like not buying bang energy drinks lol

And the wait begin :D :D

International it's the same story.... plus exchange fee. Paypal charges 2.5% if you send a payment in different currency, but you can pay less if your credit card it's less greedy
Example: my paypal account it's in euro. When I bought chips from Jim, I paid in dollars. Paypal shows 2 options:
1) payment in euro with 2.5% surcharge
2) payment in dollars: "your credit card issuer may charge fees for conversion"

Luckly, my credit card charges just 1.1% when paying in foreign currency, so I always refuse paypal conversion.
From Jim's side, it's all as usual: he receives net payment, in US$, after all paypal's (hefty) fees have been charged.
This it's true for G&S payments. F&F it's a bit different.

Mine came in today, and they're great, but it looks like there might have been a mix-up. If anyone else thinks they got part of someone else's order, please post so we can figure it out.

(already send a DM to Jim)

I've never had to clean this many chips at once... Other than an ultrasonic cleaner... What works best? Just magic eraser? Or do you use something else as well?
There are definitely articles in here but the short of it.
Soak in warm water, rub with magic eraser, put in bowl of cool water, then air dry on a towel.

Faster and less wear on the magic eraser if you grab 6-7 chips at a time when doing the edges.

Not just the Grand Openings, there's a 1st Anniversary chip lurking in the 25 Primaries.
Yep I got some grand openings well a lot of grand openings and first year anniversaries. Although I ordered all the ones in fives cleaned most of one box of ones looks like they may have been mixed with unclean. But I'll live especially with all the grand openings in first year anniversaries I got!!

It's probably random. 5% of my $5 chips were nonstandard, but 20% of my $25's were.

Also, as to KarateMaster's suspicion that the clean/unclean may have been mixed:

I wonder if I actually did get someone else's order...
