Congrats on the newest addition to your family.

Don't know why, but the name Wyatt popped into my head. I also like Buddy and Walter. Or Porter because of his color (and a much better name than Stout).

Before you settle on a name, consider how it feels and sounds when you're outside or standing in your doorway shouting his name. Some names sound silly.

Reese's - After the peanut butter cup
or just plain old "Dog" if you're lazy

As much as I love giving pets people names - I wanted to called our cat Steve (wife heavily disagreed!). I think Copper is the winner here.

My cat name is "Princess" (name given by my girlfriend).

I hate shooting after her when she doesn't want to come back in the evening. Ahah.

Very cute puppy! Last month we added a Covid puppy to our family. Kids named her Daisy. If we got a boy his name would have been Leo, short for Leonardo dog Vinci. Feel free to use Leo if you like!

I thought I owed everyone an answer on my pups name. It was a very hard decision until we got home and tried out a few. The pup actually responded very well to Copper, so Copper it is.
Copper is doing well and seems to love his new home.
