I had one of those Darth Vader cases. Jeez, that was a LONG time ago. Mine were beat to hell. I loved those action figures and accessories.
Those Vader cases were so awful :) Figures always fell out of them, the pegs broke off... They were terrible and awesome all at the same time!

So this is ~75% of the room, I have 2 bookcases to the right that are GI Joe, and then the Arcade1Up SW system to the right of that. but you get the idea. ;)
That is a 4' Chewbacca that was a Target giveaway about 4 years ago, where I found one locally just sitting on a shelf a week after the giveaway should have happened, I asked someone how much they said $200, I said deal, it then took them over an hour to figure out how to sell it to me since it wasn't a normal SKU'd number...........
The R2D2 cooler was used in retail outlets for movie promotions, I found it on Craigslist for $80 about an hour from my house, the owner apparently had it at a gas station and then kept it
And that Wampa is a beanbag chair from ThinkGeek.com, also the Han in Carbonite is a throw rug from TG, but I like hanging it ala Jabba The Hutt style..... ;)

Someone go watch "the toys that made us" on netflix so we can talk about how awesome it is.

Like how Kenner got the starwars contract, or how GI Joe actually played a roll in how transformers were developed.

I've watched them all....... ;) It's been a while though... I'm now watching the Video Game series that just debuted, that's a kick too.... :)

I still remember the day my best friend Rob Kennedy called me on the phone and told me his dad just got home with the millennium falcon. I grabbed my Darth Vader head action figure case and ran as fast as I could to his house. We played the shit out of that thing. Good times, good times.

This ranchoobiwan guy has two of the Boba fett's with the rocket launcher.

Yep, and one was stolen** by a "friend" a few years back, but they caught him trying to sell it.........

LOL, I've watched it and know many of the people featured in it! Have you watched Plastic Galaxy yet?

Oddly, Rocket Firing Fetts aren't the rarest Star Wars figure... There's close to 100 of them floating around out there. But there's so much lore and it's such a popular character, that it commands such a ridiculously high price compared to other figures that are much more scarce!

If you're interested in buying just the rocket from one of the original prototypes, let me know. I believe it's on sale for a cool 5 grand!

Freaking awesome! Love the display!! And seriously, that blue snag looks amazing! Are those boots as clean as it looks in the pic?

Mostly complete figures too! Those Leia blasters are always among the hardest weapons to land.

Going to try to tackle the POTF line?

Thanks! No, I don't plan to add to the collection. The blue snaggletooth and the vinyl jawa cape were the only purchases I made, after-the-fact. The rest of these were my actual toys from childhood. I built the shadow boxes specifically for the set when I pulled them out of my mom's attic about 15 years ago.

I was 5 years old when Star Wars came out. I saw it from the back of my dad's pickup truck, at a drive-in movie theater. I already had R2D2 and C3PO action figures in my hands when I saw it for the first time.

My son's middle name is... Darth
