For those that may not know the story, here are the Cliff's Notes:

- I was diagnosed with cancer in 2013
- Another chipper (Josh, formerly known as develvjd at CT) had 200 of these made to show support
- 100 went to me, 100 went to chippers around the world
- Only stipulation was that a pic displaying the chip (my wife made me a book of her favorite pics submitted)

I have 10 extras available (see my avatar or search CT). If you do not have one of these and would like one please post here -AND- PM me your address. I do not want anything in return other than following the 4th bullet above and post a pic (the more creative the better - although @Redbelly set the bar high with his flight attendant pic (y)(y)).

If there is enough interest (I don't know how likely this is?) I will contact David at CPC about another run. There are a lot of new chippers around here and it's the least I can do to spread the love.

I'd love to have one. Cancer has hit home in my family. This is a great way of creating awareness!
I'm also racking my brain as to topping Redbelly's pic!

I'd love to have one also. It should go well with the pink hair I have every October!! Pm will be sent.

My last living grandfather was just diagnosed with prostate cancer...he's in his late 70's...second grandfather to get it. First one beat it...this one the doctor told them to bring family members to discuss options.

Looking forward to the chip and pics with it and grandad and hopefully another survivor...he is a tough old bird!

Attached the chip in pristine condition. In a few short months, this may wind up being the most messed up Links_Strong chip out there, but right now it is a symbol of strength and a "you can beat me down, but you cannot kill me" attitude. I attached it to my fire helmet. I did not oil the chip, because mineral oil burns at 335f, and my head has been in significantly hotter temps.

Sweet PZ, I was an on-call firefighter in my late teens for a small town. My nickname was "Swiss Roll" because I'd always head over to the convenience store across the street and grab a Pecan Twirl, but one of the other firefighters thought it was a Swiss Roll and started calling me that. Probably better than being nicknamed Pecan Twirl now that I think about it. Guess I got off pretty easy, did have Swiss Roll on the back of my fire jacket though, good times...........good times. Stay safe out there!

I would love to also have one of these famous chips, I missed out and always wanted to get one. My family was also hit with this stupid disease, but the fight continues and my wife and I are a part of relay for life (ACS)..

Thank you.

I only had mine for a few days so I didn't get a chance for a picture.:(
I gave mine to a regular, and friend, who was going through breast cancer. She is in remission so beleive me it's a powerful chip(y)
Courage gave his to Chase and she is also doing great. I think there is a picture with Margie, Chase and Josh holding their Link Strong chip at DCS 3.
That picture book is awesome.

Matt, I think I have an extra (hoarder). Lemme check.

Glad to see the continuing support pics! I'll try to invoke the power of links_strong soon.

In other news, Chase & family are moving to San Francisco at the end of the school year. :(:(
Happy for them, but will miss my lil buddy.

Hey Links, would love a chip mate. Not that you need back up to smash cancer, but would you like 007 to head over for an exchange program of sorts :-). PM me your shipping details mate.

BUMP - still plenty of these available. I'll get them shipped as soon as the re-order arrives!!!

And thank you for all of the pics so far! :) :)

Lost my uncle two weeks ago, a great poker player who fought till the end.
I'd love to have your chip to support you and encourage everybody to be stronger than cancer ;)

Still more than a few of these up for grabs! :) Envelopes and customs forms are filled out for everyone that has provided me their address so far. :D

I hope there are some left, links? Thinking about a photo of the chip at Cradle Mountain in Tasmania if you're still after pics? PM coming :)

Or a photo of the chip at Australia's oldest casino, Wrest Point?
