Official I've got a dirty quarantine beard and I ain't about to shave it pron thread (3 Viewers)

My wife HATES it! I thought it was strange at first but it's growing on me.;)

No reason for hate brother!! Love all of my chipping brothers just the way you are!! Not allowed to grow facial hair for work understandable, were not blessed with natural facial hair. As Larry says if it stops growing who cares! Doesn't mean you dont own great chips!! At this point I think we can give @One Eyed Dollar first place and @hdgeno second! Your wizard status is top notch gentlemen!

@pltrgyst my hair used to be to my butt. And I shaved the sides so at work I could roll it under a hard hat... it was a ton of work and I decided never again... i kept my hair at a #1 buzz cut (1/4") for many years...until I met Brie, she loves the neanderthal look and asked me to grow it out again. This is about 2 years 3 months worth of hair. Brie cuts it and keeps it tame... I havent seen my face since high school, graduated in 2000

Ahh the only evidence I have a face under there at all! Since then I used to grow a beard staring at the beginning of hunting season and back down to a goatee in the summer.

About az close as I ever got to clean shaven... also skinny Ben! Lol long about 2009... sometimes I let the stash grow as well but its annoying as shit so hopefully keep that under control for a while!

But either way the beard just becomes part of you along the way!

I'm a distant 3rd to you and @One Eyed Dollar brother.

I've had long beards for so long that I often don't notice it at all, it really is just part of you. The clean shaven look ain't for me, haven't been clean shaven since I could grow facial hair as a teen. I trimmed down to a shortish beard when my son was born, but that just felt weird. It hurts when he pulls on in now, but even that I'm getting used to lol
 
Mine gets really thin at the bottom and I'll trim it at some point, but I'm curious how long it can go. A few more inches to my belly button now.

We do a Halloween poker tourney with a costume contest, and this year I was Dusty Hill from the cover of ZZ Top's El Loco album.

Always a good look Chris!! Long and shaggy isn't ideal for everyone! Even in construction it is mentioned regularly that they would like to see me clean it up... probably cost me a few promotions but I don't care. It's a part of me!! Can't wait to see you again soon brother! We definitely have some stuff to swap!! Stay safe
