Full House
#2 for me.
A zombie chip just wouldn't be an authentic Zombie chip without the signature Zombie image, imo..... no matter how good a different (all-gold, for example) image or layout may be.
Agree with both. It’s #2 for me all day.option 2 and it isn't even close. I want a green zombie on any zombie chip.
Do you want to zombie to stand out or be a subtle nod? Kind of odd because the chips are probably not the focus and almost anything to keep you eyes away from them might be a good thing. I guess if these were on sun-fly hybrids or almost any other relabeled chip I’d go all gold. This one I might lean towards the green zombie. Quality chip, gold all the way so the chip is the star.
I get what you're going for, but after looking at literally hundreds of airline logos, over the years there have been exactly zero that the corporate name and the word "airways" overlapped. Since I fly near exclusively on Southwest (and the table was made to match Southwest tables dimensions), the Southwest logo made the most sence - which is simple and perhaps boring.Additionally if your going the other way why not make it look like an airline logo?
Quickly off the top of my head you could have the Z & A interlocking
Kind of missing my point. I was stating that along with the text you could make it a logo. The interlocking ZA was just a quick thought. As you mentioned you thought about the Southwest logo so make it a green belly instead of a red belly. Or as mentioned above the tail art is the zombie head.I get what you're going for, but after looking at literally hundreds of airline logos, over the years there have been exactly zero that the corporate name and the word "airways" overlapped. Since I fly near exclusively on Southwest (and the table was made to match Southwest tables dimensions), the Southwest logo made the most sence - which is simple and perhaps boring.
Birds and wings are pretty common in logos, but I was struggling with fitting a Zombie with wings on the chip with room for denom and title. Chip art is a special challenge.
Are these for inlays or full-sized printing on ceramics? If it's larger, maybe you could incorporate the tail of the plane and put the zombie on the tail. It would be great to see an actual Southwest plane with a zombie pilot on the tail.
Minor nitpick but ordinarily a triple bar pilot (i.e. first officer) would not have scrambled eggs on his hat. To the best of my knowledge most airlines reserve them for full captains who would also have four bars on their shoulder epaulets. I realize there may be artistic compromises at play here too so take it for what it's worth.
Now for the final concept. Many of the Zombie chips have been derived from casino chips (WSOP, Paris) but this one takes off (no pun intended) from a certain Hall of Fame design. I would want @Redbelly approval for these before I produced them, but mock-ups are the most sincere form of flattery, right? :coffee:
Anyway, which of these are worthy of more work?

Mixing and matching is eazy enough to do, and the Green 'Z' needs work, but you get the ideas. What say you?
The original ACF tribute with a green zombie is the nutz over anything else I've seen so far. I really like 'em. Go to print...
I would agree but I do like the idea of changing to a pilot zombie
Why not put the zombie graphic in the belly of the plane?
Good suggestions, easy updates.

Redbelly design with "room" changed to Airways.

Can also do "Tour", it's just a touch of typing. However "Poker Tour" feels a bit... for lack of a better term... common?
