Your Top SNES games? (2 Viewers)

Super Mario Kart
Super Mario World
Link to the Past
Super Metroid
Donkey Kong Country
Super Bomberman
NBA Jam

My best friend had a Genesis. The Genesis always had the better versions of the multi platform sports games like NHL and Madden. And Mortal Kombat (first one) was better on Genesis - control felt closer to the arcade and it wasn't censored.

Mario Kart
F-Zero
Super Mario World
Castlevania
Street Fighter 2
DK Country
Star Fox
MK 2 (BARAKA WINS!)
Clayfighter
NBA Jam
Dragons Lair
Super Metroid

Those stand out as my favorites (in no particular order other than Mario Kart will always be #1)

9. Super Mario World
10. Kirby's Dream Course

My order is different, but basically this.

I think you can easily make an argument that FF6 is the single greatest video game of its era and potentially the greatest video game ever made.

SNES was the last console gaming system I ever owned or played. I can honestly say I've never once play a Playstation or Xbox game in my life.

I was mainly into the RPG's. Some of my favorites (includes some Famicom games, not released in NA) not in any order.

For some reason I never was a big Zelda/Link fan and never got into those.

Chrono Trigger
Secret of Mana
Dragon Quest/Dragon Warrior Series
Final Fantasy Series
llusion of Gaia
Soul Blazer
Terranigma

I haven't play a video game in 15 years I think. They got to complicated lol.

The SNES was my first console as a kid and I ate that up with my friends all the time.

Super Mario World
Super Mario Kart
Mario Paint
Star Fox
Chrono Trigger
TMNT IV: Turtles in Time
Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past
NBA Jam
Mega Man X
Final Fantasy VI
Super Mario RPG: Legend of Seven Stars
Street Fighter II Turbo: Hyper Fighting

Millions other titles I played but these were the ones that always stood out to me/us and had the more fun with.

The original Dragon Warrior and FF were what got me into RPGs.

And props for bringing up the Blazer, Gaia, Terranigma series. Most people have no clue they exist or how good they are.

One of my favorite things in the Dragon Warrior games was finding the casino/arena area where you could wager on monster battles. I remember we would sit and gambool for hours and build up our gold to ridiculous amount.

Degens gotta degen. ;)

I still have my original NES (we even got it with Gyromite/Duck Hunt, pre-Super Mario Bros......!) and SNES, but I HIGHLY recommend OpenEmu for macOS, it's the best emulator I've used since the older NES and SNES emulators "broke" due to the 64-bit requirements of macOS 10.15.......

The best part of Lufia 2 is the rouguelike dungeon. And that's saying a lot because the game is also just great.

We had a Genesis because Sonic is the best :p

But my cousins and my grandpa both had a SNES. Had some fun games too. Built a retro pi a few years ago and loaded a bunch of retro games. I like:

Link to the Past
NBA Jam
Wild Guns
Donkey Kong Country (all of them)
Super Punch Out
Super Mario World
Street Fighter II
Turtles in TIme

...and Ocarina of TIme is the greatest Zelda game. :p
