Just returned from an extended cruise and trip wandering around the UK and northern France, pretty shocked at the current dominance of American-style IPAs in those countries.
Guinness is, of course, universal, but finding anything in the way of red or amber ales, especially well-hopped, is almost impossible. The best exception we tasted was Belhaven Black Ale, but I don't think it's available in the US.
Sounds super tasty! Reminds me of a beer that I really like— High Water Brewing’s Campfire Stout. It tastes like S’mores and is flavored with graham crackers.
I’ll keep an eye out for this one though!
